Production Update - Final Week
The final week of production leading up to opening night was quite a hectic one. There were quite a few last minute adjustments and tweaking to be done in Isadora (the program that controls the projectors output). All the sound, lighting, and media cues were fined tuned and finalized for the first performance.
Opening night came sooner than anyone expected. All the hard work the theater and multimedia students had put in all semester, and for some all year, came to realization on March 6th, 2007. Opening night went over wonderfully, there were a few issues to be corrected before the rest of the performances, but overall the show was a hit!
All the actors were right on cue and their performance was spectacular. It seemed as if the audience was very impressed by the projection media and the 3D composites looked spectacular on the displays. There are several performances left this week and the show will only become tighter and tigher from one night to the next. Make sure to check out the video journal for the dress rehearsals and opening night above.
